Originally from Maryland, Dr. Ashley McGaughey was a collegiate soccer player before an injury ended her athletic career. She shifted into personal training and group fitness, becoming certified in over 24 formats. After a car accident left her with a severe shoulder injury, chiropractic care not only healed her—but made her stronger than before.
